Absolutely so. Both labels are the same person:

Alexander Konstantinov. He is marked as from Russia, but as far as I see on zx.pk.ru on his profile, he is from Ukraine, Odessa.

Thanks. I didn't realise ALKO was already in the DB. This is for bugfixes. I'll add it to the thread.
