And it´s great. Trying to solve the puzzles for hours, and still on the 2nd island. Not easy, I can tell
Re: Neadeital
Thanks for the heads-up. I've bought the game and it sounds like a huge time investment. I'll have to get started soon...Andre Leao wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 5:44 pm And it´s great. Trying to solve the puzzles for hours, and still on the 2nd island. Not easy, I can tell

Thanks Arnau, expect some news from me till tomorrow
Re: Neadeital
Fantastic!!
Re: Neadeital
This is a great game. A very welcome riff on Tir na Nog and Dun Darach.
Has anyone solved any challenges yet?
Has anyone solved any challenges yet?
Spoiler
I assume that first one needs to catch the fish using the bone, stick and twine, based on info from a dream. I haven't found the twine yet, which makes me wonder if twine = grass. Is it, and if so how do I combine them to make a fishing rod? Or am I barking up the wrong tree entirely?
Re: Neadeital
Without playing the actual game from screenshots I may say that it's really impressive!
One thing that could be a bit better is a loading screen. It looks like an automatic (maybe later retouched)
conversion done with Bmp2Scr and at places attribute squares are too much visible.

Re: Neadeital
I just registered here to express my appreciation for this beautiful game. I'm very much enjoying it. I especially love the beautifully animated backgrounds.
I'm at a loss myself, hope somebody can help me out:

1. You need more than one grass to craft a string.
2. There are other means to hunt for fish than a fishing rod...
Spoiler
Use three grass on the crafting altars to get a string.
Spoiler
A spear
Spoiler
Use string, stick and sharp stone on crafting altars.

What can I do against the flying drone? Interpreting the dreams I thought of a slingshot but am not able to create it...

Athanasius You do not need a slingshot, think about the traditional weapons of Argentine gauchos...

Re: Neadeital
You are welcome
By the way, I would like to underline that every income from the game will be donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, so by buying it, you are doing a favor not only to yourselves (I found it to be excellent!), but to many people who suffer.

Re: Neadeital
Either I'm really an utter dolt or this game is rather difficult...
Spoiler
I need a "tool to make fire" to get the fire element from the temple. Ok, so I've tried to combine the flint with every other item in the game (grass, leaves, stone, stick, string) but am unable to combine anything with it.
