According to old WoS, the game Specimen II: The Apple Quest was originally released in a Crash covertape.
This information is apparently wrong. It seems Specimen 1 was originally released in a Crash covertape and Specimen 2 originally released in a SU covertape.
Correct?

Yes, the information about SU #124 was already in this game page. I was just looking for confirm that it was not released in Crash too.
Well, I guess someone would have already pointed out otherwise. So I will fix the reference about Crash.
Thanks for the confirmation!
