While browsing retrogames.co.uk I came across a re-release of Blaby Computer Games “Icicle Works”:

From what I can see in the photo of the tape and inlay, it was re-released in 1986 by Prism Leisure Corporation:

I would buy it to find out more but at £20 it’s more than I’m willing to spend!
