Laser squad campaign mode

Hi guys.

It's not a new game but a new mode for 128k game Laser squad by Julian Gollop.
You play with the ordinary L.S. rules and game mechanics but your squad is the same for all 3 missions. Some pros and cons that make the game easier or more hard.
Harder - all units loose their health when they are wounded and can not be cured between scenarios. Dead units are excluded for remaining missions so you start with smaller squad. Enemy gets victory points at the mission start for your absent units.
Easier - no inventory drop i.e. weapon and armour cost nothing at the next mission if unit had those items at the previous mission end. So this is a way to save creds especially for haigher difficulty levels. Primed grenades are the exception because they just explode when you return to HQ base. Select zero unit armour protection to play next mission with old armour but armours 1-4 work as usual. The numbers in lower part of equipment screen shows actual unit health (left side) and protection levels for front, back, side.

Select 6 from scenario choice screen to start campaign. A message "mission complete" appers after you win and next mission will be loaded. You will play ordinary separated scenario if you select 1-3. The order of missions in campaign is 1-3-2 instead of 1-2-3; that is not a bug (mission Moonbase assault will be last in campaign).

It's good time to play and report any bugs if u love turn based games. I'm going to send file to the games archive in March. File link is in previous message.

100+ views on January and 130+ views February. I think tape image is ready to be added to software archive as no bugs were reported. I see several titles of the game in the pages for updates or releases, but have no chance to guess how to add new files. Could someone be so kind to explain what should I do now?

Although I don't know the answer to the question, just wanted to say thank you for this. Laser Squad is my favorite Spectrum game.

Kudos for breathing a bit of variation life into a classic

I was always a bit rubbish at games like Cannon Fodder and X-Com: Enemy Unknown which reward you for keeping your team unscathed and punish you for being crap (tends to drive me to save-scumming), so I think the easy mode would be more my bag...
