Shipping time from Bytedelight

Hi

I have a couple of products from Bytedelight, ZX-HD & DivMMC, absolutely great stuff and have recently ordered a Diag card on Jan 4.

I’m getting a bit worried and to some degree frustrated with the lack of progress of the order.
Besides an automatic thank you for your order email nothing is happening, they show as “in-stock” which I assume means it will ship within a day or two?

I can see that the gentleman is “alive” on YouTube and is back at full time with Bytedelight, but no answer to any of my emails.

What is a normal shipping time, any experience?
