where are the color setup codes for each level stored in chase hq?

for the road and the sky, for instance? im just not good enough at reading code to find them. and there doesnt seem to be any source code available.

i realize that the codes maybe stored in the 16k banks on the 128k.

any help would be appreciated as usual.
