I have noticed than when using my ZXUNO and loading some text adventures (core: 48k), like Adventureland, when the game has just loaded and then any key is pressed, border turns black. I think this also happens in DivMMC devices.
Here a pic of the TAP file and a Z80 I made from the TZX:
Not a problem as you can keep playing with no problems. Same issue in other similar adventures like Gremlins (spanish) or Ashkeron.
Anyone knows the reason?
The latest ZXDB update will be applied this evening at 1800 BST. The update takes around 30 minutes, and the site goes down whilst this happens.

Re: Mild issue in ZXUNO
I wonder if a multiface would suffer the same problem.
As far as I know there's no way to know the state of the border, other than by the basic system variable, which won't necessarily be the right value in a machine code program.
Ordinarily it wouldn't matter as the game would reset it as soon as it played any speaker sound, so I presume in those adventures there isn't a keyboard click.
If there's a game tape save or load option that might set it back correctly

I just looked at Adventureland and it makes sound, so it should set the border correctly, even if the DivMMC set it incorrectly
