[VIDEO]Penetrator

Post by Morcar »

It's a new video and I thought we would do the classic Penetrator.

Written review is in the video's description.

Excellent arcade that has aged very well. A classic.

I only miss some more levels (ok, ok, I've never tried the editor!)

Cool to see a video of this. Ace game. Very playable.

I agree with Juan, would be cool to have more levels as the game is fairly easy, but you do get to traverse them backwards after you succeed in your bombing mission at least.

It looks as if you might be playing it with hacked controls? e.g. a different button for lasers? I think the big criticism of this game is that the laser and forward keys are the same.

The radars affect the missile movement. Normally they fly straight up, but once your 'danger' level increases they have more unpredictable movement. You can see the difference between the missiles on the black level compared to the green level, where the 'danger' level is higher.
