Spectranet IRC client

Recently I used the only IRC client available for zx spectrum. There are servers where it works, but the one I want to use doesn't works properly. Seems there is a bug trying to chat on irc.libera.chat.
Does anyone knows the developer so I can inform about this bug?

try to connect to irc.libera.chat and then try to say anything on any chanell, you will get an error saying "no such nick/channel"
This doesnt happens on other servers

I get the feeling it's something to do with the hashes in the channel name.

If I /join ##spectranet the client thinks it's in #spectranet, and messages come back no such channel for spectranet

if can /msg ##spectranet test fine, which confirms it's getting the channel name mangled for some reason...

Found the issue... there's a crudely hacked together fix on my public tnfsd for now (tnfs://zxnet.co.uk)
