Interesting selection.

I voted, and (without saying which it was) it was the first Compass adventure game I played and I enjoyed the 'atmosphere' of it. Careful use of Patch (or Press) allowed split screen pics with Quill + Illustrator. It was one of the two listed I ported 'elsewhere' too, fixing one bug in the process.

Jon's games were always interesting and different from the normal homegrown fare. They usually included additional code routines to add sound, graphical or screen-altering effects. His later games utilised digitised graphics... some of those loading screens will look incredibly familiar to fans of The Lord of the Rings cartoon movie. He even sometimes included arcade action mini-games. He was, I think, frustrated that these elements weren't always appreciated by customers who preferred more traditional adventures.
