Well, as I have exactly the same version right in front of me it can't be "ultra rare" at least.
IMHO it is the original English Beta Basic 3.0 with a (very well translated butporly printed) manual in German from 1985. My one has though an additional tape with some examples on it.
The front inlay mentions compabilty with microdrive and "most" of disk drive systems.
I could make TZX of both tapes and scan the inlay(s). Scanning the whole manual is not feasible ATM, may be next year.
Before anybody asks - I am not going to sell it.
