Bah! Everything I could possibly have known (a mere two of the music round) has been done and dusted.

Crossword it is, then. I still have to finish @equinox's but I think the last five clues are beyond me.

13. (Basic)Arcsine (3)
Shenanigans! Only one trig function will fit in 13 down correctly (bearing in mind what 15 across is) and you picked the wrong one.

It's obvious what the right one is, though.
GreenCard wrote: Fri Dec 23, 2022 2:07 pm The crossword is still left untouched, but I do quite like the fact that we're clearing the first three rounds for the time being. I'm not gonna lie, I think I've bitten off a bit more than I can chew with this one!
I'm filling it in now, as should be obvious.

If you want answers, here are three:
13 down (as above) = ACS (which is not arcsine!)
15 across = CAT (which gives us the C in ACS and not the S in ASN)
21 down = PI

No, feel free to submit those too, although if we could get rounds 1-3 clear first that would be a massive help for my poor, tiny brain.

I do apologise, I don't even know what a "trig function" is. According to the list of answers I've been given, the answers you've listed above are correct. :)

Correct my apologies, it should have been the arccosine.

I have a couple of the picures correct and two sounds but won't enter in case anyone says I'm cheating.

Heh heh heh, this why I wanted to do a bit of collab with you!

I'll leave it to you though for now so as not to confuse the scoring for you. I'll give out clues on the crossword later on. :dance

Only three answers per post, so I'll take the first three, which are all correct. :)
