I recently came across this sticker on a metal pillar. Sadly it has weathered badly, there is text on it you can barely see ("The Blast from the past" and some smaller bits I can't decipher as the sticker is too much out of focus).

That would have been kinda cool but I think 99.999% of the people in Germany who saw the sticker wouldn't get it ...

I don't think my post technically fits in this thread (apologies) but I always thought that it looked like Brittas was watching a slightly modified Daily Thomson's Decathlon in the opening credits:-

I always thought it hard to tell any Dutch cheeses apart, until someone explained the secret. Shome of their cheeshesh have larger holesh zhan zhe othersh.

(Although honestly I've been to the Netherlands many times and never met anyone with an accent like that. But it's true about the cheeses. But there's an episode of 'Coast' that followed the French, Dutch and Belgian coasts opposite the UK, and they interviewed a Dutch birdwatcher who was really laying it on thick with the accent; 'Yuh, shure, there'sh lotsh of birdsh here'. Brilliant. No idea where they found him or how much they paid him! ).

I only watched this recently, but now you mention it, Amourote does spring to mind. Or was it Glider Rider?

Glider Rider was the one I had in mind. I'll have to have a look through Amaurote now...

I must say I immediately thought of Amaurote, but I can't remember how they looks like now in game. Too many years ago I've played this.

As for those houses, that probably tells you why insulation doesn't really help making houses better.
Besides, none of your furniture was built for a spherical home.

Also, I have never heard of these houses. I should go check them one day.

I must have watched every episode of Bottom about a million times, but only yesterday did I notice that someone took inspiration from Chaos to decorate a lampshade.

I'm not sure if this is in the right thread (I've lost track of the different ones), but I saw this on an advert for Paramount+. It reminded me of something....

It's not quite the Sinclair font, though.

So I’m just back from a bit of a Christmas sing-song at our local cathedral. All the way through my eye was caught by this, just above where I was crooning. Obviously, it reminded me of…?

There was also this, which admittedly actually reminded me of a geeky 1980s TV show than a ZX Spectrum game. I think it also reminds me of a Spectrum game, but I can’t remember which one!

The Adventure Game.

And yes, looks like a certain isometric futuristic game whose name I cannot quite place.
