It is necessary to break the links into categories in a separate first post, otherwise the thread will look like uncontrolled chaos.

It's not very active but there is this Polish subforum about Sam (you may use Google Translate to read it in English):

https://www.speccy.pl/forum/index.php?board=16.0

Speccy.pl also has its own archive of Polish programs for Sam which may be absent elsewhere:

This guy is very good providing all those tutorials, but the design and colour choices of the website is just awful (It's like something done at the dawn of the commercial internet in Microsoft Front Page in the early 1990s). Those colours make it completely unreadable for me. Such a pity.

I love how, eh, idiosyncratic it is. Geocities chic. But yeah if your web browser has Reader Mode that might help!

Keith’s videos that accompany the website are very good though. Lots of Z80 stuff plus a good amount of SAM specific tutorials.

The examples tend to be written from a multiplatform point of view, and SAM’s memory paging is a bit eccentric so you might approach things differently if your are solely targeting SAM. But he explains that as he goes.

His book is a good intro to Z80 in general. And if you’re familiar with Z80 it’s a good bridge to 6802 and 68000 etc.

Also would recomend the "Cooking Circle" site.

This one page is certainly often bookmarked for me :)

Can also be found at SamstersVideos - which does occasionally update when I have time...

Users of SimCoupe should note that it has no save-snapshot facility. SAM Coupé programming becomes much easier and more fail-safe - as @equinox found to his (and my) cost in the 2021 CSSCGC - using the ASCD emulator instead, which can save .SCS snapshots. This way, you'll never lose anything if the .MGT disc image you've just written your data to isn't updated before you exit the emulator.

Get ASCD here (and it's been updated recently): http://www.keprt.cz/progs/#sam

To see the full range of disc and tape options, you'll need ZEsarUX as well - which is the only emulator I know of that can load SAM Coupé tapes at normal speed. Why would you want to? I spent a disproportionate amount of time on the loading screen for Resistance is Futile making sure that only the title and a few bits of the screen would be visible as it loaded - then the full multi-colour-with-no-clash screen is revealed. Try it sometime. It's not as if 24K SAM screens will take a long time to load... oh, wait, that's not right, is it, and I didn't use DEVICE t35...
Spectribution: Dr. Jim's Sinclair computing pages.
Features my own programs, modified type-ins, RZXs, character sets & UDGs, and QL type-ins... so far!

Speccy (currently version 5.9) also supports the SAM Coupé, if I didn't mention it before. It'll handle .SCS snapshots. It'll also load tapes, though the "fast tape loader" won't disable, and the " sign needed for load"" is shift plus # for... reasons best known to the programmer or someone who owns a real SAM Coupé.

Admittedly I've been too quiet around forums, so a belated thanks for the mention! It's now over 30 years since I bought my first SAM and started tinkering away with it. I'll have to post up about my latest releases shortly, so far this year I've released a new parallel printer interface following a request for one, and something that's a lot more fun - a VIC-20 Cartridge Interface - to read and use VIC carts on the SAM using a patched version of Simon Owen's VIC-20 emulator code to support the games (12 real carts working so far).

Coming up for release are the anniversary edition of my Quazar Surround soundcard (first released back in 1995, my first piece of SAM hardware) along with the next issues of SAM Revival magazine which are due to feature the SAM port of "Treasure Island Dizzy" and also "The Lower Caverns" - both were previewed in issue 26.
