This game is surreal and I don´t know how to take it ... !!!
Too slow , over-sized graphics , mad colors , atrocious movements , no sound ,,, need I say more ? ? ?

Popeye. Controversial review, that - but enough clues to guess.

What could this be, then?
" Alongside Bomb Jack and Commando , i would rate this as the best that the spectrum has to offer in terms of arcade conversions.
I remember playing this (and nodes of yesod) day in , day out for weeks in the summer of 85 ! "

The first great arcade conversion that comes to my mind from that summer... Hypersports?

Here I go:
The presentation is correct ... it reminds me of Stop the Express , if only a bit .
If it wasnt for its diabolical level of difficulty , it could have been a killer . ;-)

Fall Guy I guess
There aren't too many games that see you running along on top of a train...

Yep, that's The Fall Guy!
As to games with guys running along on top of trains... yeah, not many, I'm thinking of Express raider or Mountie Mick's Death Ride, a cool game I recently discovered:

Is no-one here old enough to remember The Life of Brian?
You can play online Brian's game here:
https://planetasinclair.blogspot.com/20 ... omans.html
(the link to play is at the end of the post)
(The game starts with Jesus vs The Romans and then comes Brian's game)

It's a relatively simple affair where everything moves in exact character squares, complicated by a rotate and move control system.

Sounds like it could be Knight Lore.
And if it isn't, there's one other obvious candidate...

Not Knight Lore!

Well, can you believe it - my first reaction was
Android Two.
The daft thing is that I didn't recall it using rotate movements in that game, so I looked it up (and snuck a peek at the review just in case).
There's a review with almost that exact wording (but not quite). So by a bit of a fluke I discovered it was
Android One, despite not even remembering playing it

Yep! Android 1. Just been playing (wrestling with?) it and wondered what the reviews made of it. For some reason I found it harder than an isometric.
