- It is impossible to load the 8th level. This is caused by the following code:
49328: LD A,(53780) ;get new level number
49331: CP 7 ;last 8th level (1st is number 0)
49333: JR NZ,49336 ;do nothing with level 1-7
49335: INC A ;the problem is here
49336: .... ;rest of the code
At level 8, the level counter is completely unnecessarily increased and program searches for level 9 instead of 8. This must be some obsolete code from development process left by mistake.
Fixed using POKE 49335,0 (NOP-do nothing)
