Seeing as now I've reviewed all the games in this compilation I can safely review this one.

Cobra 3
Looks great but found it too difficult to properly enjoy.

Mutants 2
Easily the weakest game. The only chart this busted was my boredom levels.

Green Beret 4
Well programmed and far better than its arcade counterpart though brutally tough. Enjoyed this more than Cobra, prehaps it's biasness as I owned this and not Cobra.

Short Circuit 4
First part is excellent, second part is an anti-climax with no ending.

The Great Escape 4
Not a great game but still good and quite enjoyable as long as you have patience.

Yie Ar Kung-Fu 5
Superb fighting game on par with International Karate and Way of the Exploding Fist.

Overall rating 4
After a slow start the compilation picks up steam with some enjoyable titles and rounded off with the excellent Yie Ar Kung Fu.
