Reviews for Desperado 2 (#1361)

A sequel to Desperado completely unrelated to Gun.Smoke and instead of a vertical scrolling shooter we now have Ocean's RoboCop set in the Wild West. I don't mind that it's not related to the arcade game and the gameplay has changed, what I do mind though is its horrible graphics and pitiful gameplay. It's yet another shit sequel.

The sequel to the clone of the arcade coin-op Gunsmoke, takes a turn and this time is shown side aways. It's a very dissapointing game, compared to the first, it's not bad, but it's neither good, just plain average. Maybe below average. The choice of graphics and colors is rather weird, in a way original, but weird. Playability is on an average term, plays enough to be entertaining but clumsy enough to became annoying and making the player pull the plug. Again, it's just another shoot 'em up, with an interesting Wild West theme to it.
