A beat 'em up featuring some Marvel heroes and villains. I'm not sure if there is a tie in to Marvel or any sort of licence.
It's a very basic game, both graphically and in gameplay, there are a few nasty villains, most forgotton from the baddies Pantheon and which both Spider Man and Captain America must fight, names like Robot, Batroc, Machette or Boomerang (which I never heard about) are here to stop the world being a neat free place, full of beauty and peace (I guess the fight is still on).

Before each fight you get a sort of comic strip depicting a fight between our hero and the villain in that level. This is a nice feature, although lacks color. Then the fight starts and below the black on white fighting area, there is a picture depicting our hero and the villain he is fighting against and both staminas level, this adds some color to the gaming area, otherwise a bit blend. The fighting moves and ordinary with a few clever moves but not particularly interesting. The characters look and feel clumsy and are a bit unresponsive. I know the game wasnt meant to be a classic, thats clear, but could at least be plain average, and with nothing particularly original in the game, I wont prolong this review, it's just another below average run of the mill beat 'em up.
By the way I wasnt aware that Spider Man and Captain America teamed up to fight the Fantastic Four nÂș1 villain known has Dr.Doom, at least in the comics. But that is a good thing, the world needs being saved by this nasty villains, thanks Spidey and Cap!
