And now from Romania to Czechia, or Czechoslovakia as it was known then given this is a 1990 game, and from Boxing to Tennis or more specifically Tennis Management. The idea of a tennis player management game is certainly an original one but good luck going through the Czech menus in order to make this experience worthwhile. I played this using save states and Google translate so I got a vague idea of how the game works, but everything I did changed nothing apart from the fact that I was battered in straight sets every single time which is more than frustrating. I felt giving this a 2 would be harsh as it's an original idea, an interesting concept and the only real problem was the language barrier, seeing that the only thing I know about the language is that bloody bizarre Jozin z Bazin song from the 70s that even Metallica covered. However it does draw towards the boring side much like football management games and as a result, will it really hold your interest for long even if you crack the language? It's a novel idea and one that's certainly worth the look, but unless you know the language your experience is most likely to be a case of trail and error.
