Reviews for Pac-Man (#3581)

What can I say it's Pac-Man, very slow, somewhat glitchy with magic power pills appearing at random, but it's still Pac-Man all the same. Some of the clones were better than this, Classic Muncher being one in particular.
A good rendition of the classic pill-muncher game which became officially licensed from Atari after a dispute with DJL, the original author. While not being notably smooth as the coin-op, it's however fast and much better to play than the dozens of lesser imitations which were available on the Spectrum at the time.

This a very simple Pac-Man version, specially when compared to the arcade game. Doesnt look bad but that is all.
It was originally called Z-Man and was intented as a another clone.
I still remember the feelings I had before and after when I bought the game.
In my ingenuity I was hoping the game was as good as the arcade. Well it wasnt.
Thankfully a few months later Miss Pac Man appeared on the stores and I could finally play Pac-Man at home.
Has with 90% of Speccy Pac-Man clones this is good for memories only.

It's Pac-Man which is all it needs to be. Quite slow and unresponsive but there are a lot of worse clones compared to this.
