Reviews for Shanghai Warriors (#4442)

Budget beat'em up with the occasional shooting, Graphics are well drawn, sound is nice and the playing is smooth.
Too smooth. In fact, I was able to go on for dozens and dozens of screen withoug getting much hurt, killing enemy after enemy. It's a bit too easy, and a lot too samey, both visually and in gameplay.
2/5

So many people involved in such a boring badly written game, go figure. There is little redeeming qualities about it, it's very basic and easy and not at all fun, doesn't look particularly good either, some times it's excruciating to move our player, he seems to just get blocked, which is really annoying.
Some of graphics even seem borrowed from other games. It's supposed to be a gang beat 'em up, but the only one who got beat was me... to boredom.
