Acro Jet is a complex flight simulator, it's subtitled The Advanced Flight Simulator and that does it justice.
Unlike many simulators of this kind, our plane is viewed from outside the cockpit, although the cockpit is present so you can check the commands, but you feel like maneuvering it more like an arcade game.
The game contains 10 events which can be played by one or up to four players.
The events, which seem like stunts, go from racing around four pylons as quickly as possible and landing safely to using the plane to break two ribbons suspended at 150 feet.
There is also a design-it-yourself section, where several opponents design their courses and judge each other at the end.
What to me plays in favour of this game is that it's not as boring as most simulators are and also not too realistic to make it unplayable, it's between both worlds, without being both an arcade game or an accurate simulator but still keeping elements from both.
