I had this when I was in posession of a +3 with a nice quick floppy drive on it.This game came with it on a compilation of games on disk.Went through a phase of practically playing it everyday for a good few months :o)
I was rather into the recreational side of things at the time.Me and a /friend a 14inch colour telly etc..Anyway the game was very good like the way you could follow the ball as it never went slower than the ball moved.It seemed fair.It also was very polished(The intro got a bit annoying tho, everytime you started a new game).The power ups were a great feature and this is probably the best way a game like this can be done for the Spectrum.Maybe I woulda added more powerups and made that 3rd level less annoying :o).Also the other games like Batty and Arkananoid2 was mono and with my eyesight no good for me.I tried Krakout but wasnt taken with it.I liked Poing on the Amiga though and that was from the same angle as Krakout.
Anyway I finished this game and was very satisfied.
A+ from me.

This was surprise to me.Wasnt expecting much as i had heard the film was crap and film tie-in game were always bad.Its great though.Once you get the timing right.I managed up untill level 3 somewhere.So much moving on screen and smooth as butter with a dash of colour.Bloody hard but fun with great graphics and even some nicely done sound.
Beat the crap outta everything game.Yeah!

I was lucky to be bought a few Artic shooters for my 16k Spectrum.A couple were really good.This is the one I liked best though.Could play on it for hours at a time.Me versus my Mum contests too :o)
Looking back it is pretty basic mind, so I wont give it the 5....
I got my money`s worth though!I think I got all these Artic games cuz they was being sold cheap :o)

This was a great little game.I only ever played 2 Games Workshop games and both were great.You could customise ya car and save it to tape and fight ya mates with it.Only problem was the controls were a bit of a nightmare...
I do remember enjoying it lots :o)

Great little game by Ocean. This has little in common with the arcade or other home versions...
I woulda preferred if they woulda copied the arcade like they did on the c64 also the CPC too i think.

Not seeing the other versions I had a good deal of fun playing against my friends..

The title music and spot fx were great. Maybe the best I `ve heard coming from the beeper.
A- for me because I prefer the acade version but I`ll give it 5 stars as its a great game in its own right.
