BUCCANEER
=========

A challenging arcade game in the classic style ... Shoot or be shot!


THE GAME

You must shoot down all the aliens before progressing to the next wave. If you take too 
long you will not make it to the docking sequence. Here your fuel and shields are 
replenished and a bonus is awarded. Beware of the Mutile, a heat seeking missile with 
deadly accuracy. Later in the game, attacks of Rota-droids and Meteors are encountered. 
These cannot be destroyed, and must be avoided at all costs.


LOADING

1. Connect a suitable cassette player to your Spectrum according to the User Manual.
2. Place the rewound cassette in the cassette player.
3. Type LOAD"" on your Spectrum, and press ENTER.
4. Press PLAY on the cassette player.

NOTE: Full loading instructions can be found in your Spectrum Manual.


PLAYING THE GAME

Your aircraft is controlled by using the Keyboard ora Joystick. Follow the instructions 
given on screen. 


SCORING

Points are awarded as follows:

Shooting the enemy .... Colour+8 
Mutile .... 25, 50 or 75.
Successful Docking .... Shield left x wave number x 100.

If your score is good enough, it will be entered on the High Score table.
