COLDITZ STORY
=============

Escape from the heavily fortified Colditz Castle, most famous of the 2nd World War P.O.W. 
camps. Avoid the SS guards as you use all your skill and cunning to move around the 
castle. Fail, and you will be shot at dawn.


LOADING

To load, press LOAD"". Press PLAY on your cassette recorder. The program will now load 
automatically. (The program is recorded on both sides of the tape. In case of difficulty, 
turn the tape over, rewind to the beginning and load again.)


GAME

On a night bombing raid over Germany, your plane is shot down and you are captured. Now, 
as a prisoner of war in the notorious Colditz Castle, your one thought is to escape.

You overpower a guard, take his gun and, using all your skill and cunning, set out on 
your quest for freedom.

As you move around the castle, your position is shown on the right of the screen. The top 
display shows available exits whilst the whole castle map is shown at the bottom. The 
window of your current location will light up as you enter a room.


CONTROLS

Q = Up, A = Down, O = Left, P = Right,
I = Inventory, T = Take and D = Drop.
