You’re the roughest toughest, bounty-hunter that ever toted a shootin'iron. You must 
round up a gang of the meanest bandits. If you get them, their boss'll be paying you 
a visit. Some folk says he’s faster and deadlier than a rattle snake. So you’d better 
be ready for a final showdown at High Noon. When the smoke clears who’s gonna be left 
standing - YOU or HIM!!!

48K; Rewind the tape to the beginning of side A. Type LOAD”" and press ENTER. The game

OUTLAW

Arkansas, 1880. You’re the roughest, toughest, bounty-hunter that ever toted a 
shootin’iron. But all is not well. You’ve lost all your money, your horse, your saddle, 
and even your name in a crooked poker game. All you have left is your trusty six-shooter,
a fist full of bullets and a colourful woven poncho. The only way to crawl outta the 
gutter is to round up the gang of bandits that have been causing trouble in this two bit 
town for far too long. You look at the 'Wanted' posters outside the Sheriffs’ Office. 
There they are - four of the ugliest, meanest, and deadliest varmints in The West. You 
decide to go after them. There’s $5000, $10000, $15000, and $20000 on those heads, and 
you sure could use that sorta money. This sure isn’t a job for greenhorns, pardner. If 
you get all four, their boss'll be paying you a visit. And he’s gonna be real furious. 
He’s gonna want your blood, and some folk says he’s foster and deadlier than a rattle 
snake. So you’d better be ready for a final showdown at High Noon. When the smoke clears 
who’s gonna be left standing - YOU or HIM!!!

CONTROLS

SPECTRUM

Use the Keys Q, A. O, P, for direction. Press SPACE for FIRE. Press BREAK to quit. You 
may also use a Sinclair or Kempston joystick. Press ENTER to throw dynamite. Press 
SHIFT+P to pause.

AMSTRAD

Use the Keys Q, A, O. P, for direction. Press SPACE for RRE. Press ESCAPE/SHIFT CONTROL 
to quit. You may also use a joystick. Press ENTER to throw dynamite. Press ESCAPE 
to pause.

COMMODORE 64

Joystick only. Press RUN/STOP to pause. To quit the game press Q when paused. By moving 
the cursor, choose the outlaw that you wish to fight. Press FIRE when the one you want is 
flashing. 

You can choose from the following outlaws:

The number of lives left, the items collected, and your score, are shown on the left of 
the screen. The amount of ammo that you have left is shown on the bottom. You can shoot 
at the barrels you see to reveal items that will be of use to you:

But watch out for the booty trapped barrels containing bombs. Touch one and you’ll end up 
in the Great Prairie in the Sky pardner!!!!
