RATTLER ======= 'Rattler' needs to feed, but without your guidance he'll slither to a halt. Help him eat all the eggs but avoid the balls, and make sure he doesn't tie himself in knots or touch the walls. 15 screens, 9 speed levels and 5 ball options combine to give 675 different levels of play. LOADING To load, press LOAD"". Press PLAY on your cassette recorder. The programme will now load automatically. (The programme is recorded on both sides of the tape. In case of loading difficulty, turn the tape over, rewind to the beginning and load again.) CONTROLS M moves 'Rattler' clockwise. N moves 'Rattler' anti-clockwise. Or use Kempston Joystick. PLAY Select any one of 9 speed levels and decide how many (if any) balls you want to negotiate. Using the keyboard or joystick, the object is to guide 'Rattler' around the screen eating the eggs as they appear, but without touching the walls, getting hit on the head by a ball or tying 'Rattler' in a knot. The more eggs 'Rattler' eats, the longer he gets and the more difficult to control. If you can eat all the eggs a door will appear in the bottom of the screen. There are 15 screens in 'Rattler', each more difficult to negotiate. With 9 speed levels (1-9) and 5 ball options (0-4) this gives a total of 675 levels of play. You start the game with 3 'Rattlers' and gain an extra one after completing each screen. Good luck, you will need it! This programme and artwork are the copyright of Atlantis Software Limited.
