ROULETTE

Single, 3-, 6-, 12- or 18- number bets, odd, even, red, b/acfr — or any 
combination. Develop your own system. However complex, and do your best 
to beat the odds (or lose your shirt).

Type LOAD ”” and press ENTER

Play tape with tone and volume set to maximum. First instructions appear 
during loading, and a second page is shown when the program runs 
automatically afterwards.

To place a bet use keys 6 and 7 (arrowed) to move the flashing cursor to 
the required type, and then press ENTER.

Multiple-Number Bets: You will be asked for the first number in the block. 
For a 3-number bet this is 1, 4, 7, 10 etc; for a 6-number bet 1, 7, 13, 
19, etc: for a 12-number bet 1, 13 or 25. An 18-number bet will give the 
two options 1 - 18 or 19 - 36 and you respond accordingly.

Single-number bet: You will be asked for the number. Entries other than 
valid figures are not accepted.

Staking your money: Number bets then ask for your stake — other bets 
immediately request it. The house limit is £500 (if you have that much). 
Entering 0 for a bet cancels it, but you cannot cancel a stake set earlier. 
All entries are in complete pounds, small change being frowned upon.

When you have placed all your bets press the SPACE key to spin the wheel. 
Your fortune, or lack of, will be assessed and your money adjusted 
accordingly.
