All characters are completely fictional. Any 
similarities to persons, animals, or surreal 
patrolling snowmen living or dead are purely 
coincidental.


STORY:
It's Christmas Eve, and Santa Claus is on his
rounds. This year he is helping the local
newsagents, who have been called away on
urgent business. 

Unfortunately, Santa ran into some high
winds (and not just because of the Elf-Chef's  
recent overstock of baked beans) and all the 
Christmas Editions of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum 
Computer Magazines he was carrying have been 
spread around Felliblanch Island. 
Now he has to find them all and save Christmas
for the island's Spec-chums.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Explore Felliblanch Island, and search for the
80 Christmas Magazines. Avoid the evil snowmen,
and look out for Jack Frost - he's the smartest
enemy of them all.

The game ends when you have found all of the
scattered mags.

LOADING:
Follow these steps
1.Insert and rewind tape or virtual tape
2.Reset the ZX Spectrum then
3.48k - type Load "" (press J and symbol shift/ctrl and P)
4.128k/+2/+3 - select "Tape Loader"
5.Press play on the real or emulated tape drive.

Please note - on a real tape deck, it may be necessary
to adjust the volume manually to find the correct setting.


CONTROLS:

On the start menu, choose:

1. For Keyboard control

2. For Sinclair Joystick

3. For Kempston (Atari type) Joystick

The keyboard controls are:

Q = Up

A = Down 

O = Left

P = Right

The ZX Spectrum homebrew title CHRISTMAS MAG. HUNT 
has been extensively tested in emulator, mainly 
ZX Spin 0.7q for Windows. Additional testing has
been carried out on a real ZX Spectrum Vega.
