To get the sonic screwdriver: The Tardis maze rooms have three variations: "all alike", "roughly repeating", and "strangely similar". In each room you have three choices: left, right, or straight. Follow the alliterative match five times to get to the screwdriver. To get out again, first 'out', then DON'T follow the alliterative match five times. To get past the daleks: First, activate the door, then talk to the daleks to confuse them, then go west. To charge up the Tardis: In the 'View' room, you can see a large rock with a strange anomaly (a time rift) outside the window. You need to get this rock and the Tardis closer together. You need to find some means of moving either the complex or the rock. To use the elevator: Just go 'up' or 'down'. You will need a card to access the upper floor. To move the rock: Examine and scan the holographic display. You can directly interact with the rock here. Pull the rock. To get past the daleks again: You need to deactivate the daleks. You need some means of deactivating them remotely. Look at the console in the 'Console' room again, now that the Tardis is translating things for you. Press the button to reveal a microphone. Try to deactivate the microphone. To finish the game: Leave the complex. Go to the Tardis. Pull the lever.
