PLUMBERS DON'T WEAR TIES!
An interactive novel, originally for Windows 3.1,
 ported to the 48K ZX Spectrum by PROSM Software.
 
Featuring high-resolution graphics, a huge amount
of plot choices, and even sampled speech!

    INSTRUCTIONS

Rewind the tape if necessary, and then connect the
tape recorder to the computer as described in the
Spectrum manual. Turn the computer on and type LOAD""
(using J, and then symbol shift together with P
twice). Press ENTER and then start the tape recorder.
The program will load from tape in around four minutes.

When the game starts, you will be presented with a
choice. To give your response, press the corresponding
number key on your keyboard and the game will continue
in the way you picked. Throughout the course of the
game, you will be presented with various other choices
pertaining to the direction of the game's plot. You
can respond to these choices as just described.

To speed up the rate at which text is printed at any
time, just hold down the SPACE key until you
want to return to the normal text printing speed.
