K (+): 				Increase trace speed from 0-9 (0 full speed/9 highest delay)
J (-): 				Decrease trace speed
S: 				Single step mode
ENTER: 				Normal execution while SINGLE-STEP/SLOW mode
SYMBOL SHIFT + SPACE + ENTER: 	Exit SINGLE-STEP/SLOW mode
BREAK:				Return to ZX BASIC
