TOBIT
A biblical action adventure game for Zx Spectrum

STORY
The game retells the story told in Book of Tobit, one of the books of
Old Testament. Through this game you will be able to experience adventures
of Tobit, his son Tobiah, Raphael the archangel and other persons in exactly
the same way as they are told in the Bible.

MENU
The game consists of 4 minigames representing different struggles of the heroes.
From the main manu you can choose to practice any of these parts or
choose playing the full game to experience the full story. In full story mode use
fire button to skip pages of text describing the following events.

At any moment in the game you can press X to exit to the main menu.

GAME PARTS

1. BURY YOUR COMRADES
You play as Tobit and the action goes in the streets of Niniveh. Your job is to
give a proper burial to your fallen Jew comrades. Unfortunately Assyrian archers
are going to stop you and will fire at you if you happen to be in their line of sight.

You need to push the body of your dead comrade to a grave site but first you need to
collect the showel. The boxes scattered in the streets may seem just obstacles but
they may actually turn to be useful. You can push them, use them to block the archers
and protect your way. The showel and the body act as protection as well.

Move Tobit with your chosen left, right, up and down keys. Use R key to restart the
level if you get stuck, you have several attempts.

2. WALK THE DESERT
You play as Tobiah, son of Tobit. You need to travel across the desert together with
Raphael the angel and your dog. Jump over rocks and thorny bushes and rocks as they
will hurt you.

Use "1" key to jump for Tobiah, "2" for Raphael and "3" for the dog.

3. FIGHT THE GIGANTIC FISH
You play as Tobiah again. A gigantic fish is trying to pull you into murky waters of
Tigris river. Use your muscles to show the fish that you're the boss and pull it out
of water.

You are shown several pictures of your different muscles. One of them will be always
highlighted. Select it with control keys and press fire to make a step toward the river bank.
But be too slow and the fish will pull you deeper into the water.

Remember that your cursor moves around the screen. For example. if it is on screen left
side of the screen and you press left then it will appear at the right side of screen.
Try it out, it's useful.

4. FIGHT THE DEMON
You play as Raphael the archangel. You are chasing the evil demon Asmodeus and it's going
to be some serious air fight.

Use "up" and "down" controls to move the angel and "fire" to blast an energy missile against
Asmodeus. He will fire missiles at you are well and you may need some strategy to avoid them.
