Preservation of adult games
I would have a question - do we preserve adult themed games for ZXDB?
As I believe Spectrum Computing doesn't show adult games (try searching for Samantha Fox ) but I also believe they are in ZXDB database, right?
I'm asking as I 'm slowly uploading MIA programs from my hard drive and I would have adult stuff too.

Pardon ??!!
you realise that adultness is just a trap from Nature, right?
It occurred to me, the other day while trying to figure out some abstract art pictures, that we could get rich by selling procedural generated ellipsical adult art, you know just a few of fake-artsy traces that hardly suggest b bs and whatnot

Hi, yes adult titles are recorded in ZXDB. zxinfo.dk displays them. That is the joy of the open database model that Einar Saukas created.
Re: Preservation of adult games
On SC you'll get this title, which bizarrely I collated this weekend while sorting out the 2013 CGC. This will genuinely be one of the support files in not the imminent but following update:
SamanthaFoxStripSnap(AnneRobinsonCrack).z80.zip*
Soon to be available on my sister site, zx-perv.co.uk!**
*really
**not really

And you can easily find them, if you know their IDs.

Re: Preservation of adult games
pavero is quite right, they are just excluded from the search.
Re: Preservation of adult games
I didn't know that!
Re: Preservation of adult games
Wow, a real conspiracy! So there is an inner circle of people who watch Sam's badly digitised tits by entering secret numbers in your browserAnd you can easily find them, if you know their IDs.
By the way don't get too excited about my MIA adult games. What I currently have is some Russian text adventure without a single piece of graphic nudity ( as far as I got), yet with lot of teenage sexual humour and possibility to masturbate yourself to death

Re: Preservation of adult games
Silly question...
isn't finally the right time to make adult games visible?
Especially if new added adult titles aren't hidden at all anyway.

Re: Preservation of adult games
This is a red line for Peter. I would just leave this alone, rather than draw attention to borderline things that slipped through & I will probably now be asked to flag as 'adult'.
BTW Peter, that title wasn't added by me, it dates back
to before SC.

I appreciate your comments but it's not going to change. As you say if you know the ID you can find any title. The one you found does not have the X flag. Dave is right that it is an old title from the other site, and not one recently added to the database.
The joy of ZXDB is that it's open source and anyone could create a site for these titles if they wish.

zxperv.co.uk and pervyspec.co.uk are still viable domain names...

You can use Zx App on Android to see them.
