Yes, the problem is with the border.

Ok, thanks, now I understood. It should be easy to add border. How large should it be for an image of 512*384? I assume you are trying to get 640*480, is it right?

Yes, 640*480 would be perfect - same relative dimensions as the .scr border.
(ATM screens can be 320 or 640 pixels width, so 640x480 is actually a good common resolution to deal with the different screen modes )
