Load screen artists

Following the great initiative from Juan F. Ramirez at this thread about cover artists, I'm starting here a similar thread to identify (official) load screen authors.
The load screen authors we have already identified are listed at this link (it's the same page you get when you visit https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/ and click on "HELP!"). Look for a section called LOAD SCREEN ARTISTS at this page, then click on it to expand it if needed.
If you know any other author of a loading screen for a specific game that is currently missing from this list, or notice any incorrect information there, please post here!
Notice we are just looking for official loading screens released with the game. Other "alternate" unofficial load screens created later must be registered at ZX-Art instead.
