Updates + Releases sections

I have merged Updates + Releases sections.

The result is here:

If it will be OK, I will remove the duplicate button on the homepage.

Looks good to me!

Instead of removing one of the buttons, it could be used to access "Spectrum20" which will be coming soon! :)

Can we look at any other options for that extra space first. I like the idea though
