Spitfire has an Original Price of £9.95 which should be £1.99, as it was never released at full price in any form.

As mentioned in the remarks, Durell were going to originally release it in 1987 at full price on their own label, but never did. It was eventually released on the budget Encore label for £1.99 in 1989.

Does it mean F.I.F.O. uses the same code as Traz with different levels (i.e. a MOD) or does it mean it's just inspired by Traz?

I doubt that this was the intention of the Traz authors when including a construction kit

Without looking at code but just starting both - definite hack job, translated, construction kit replaced by some advertising, game completed screens are identical - freeware but copyright

Four Games for Children and 4 Games For Children seem to be exactly the same title, based on advert and description.

Apparently it was originally developed and published by Kindersoft. SoftShop is probably a re-publisher (or just a reseller).

Not a bug, but an update. Italia 1944 is now free to download. The author doesn't say if it can be redistributed.

Your first Microdrive is connected to Interface 1 by a Microdrive lead. Then, up to 7 more Microdrives can be added using Microdrive connectors.

Spectrum Poker

is credited to Harry S Price on the basis of this classified ad in Sinclair User from "H Price" in Doncaster.

However, in Sinclair User two months later there is another classified this time from a "D Rice" at the same Doncaster address. This report mentions that Harry S Price is in Cambridge.

It seems more likely that Spectrum Poker was written by "D Rice" and the first classified had a typo, and it's not a missing game from the infamous Harry S Price after all.

The 'Preservation Text' against this title states 'Crash magazine number 1 mentions that a keyboard overlay was included with the game, but it is currently MIA.'

The majority of machines are listed manufacturer then model. The Amiga is the odd one out. Why is this. I'm assuming these names are in the database.

The criteria is the most common way to refer to each platform.

When the computer model is just a couple letters, it's weird to refer to them without manufacturer. I mean, it sounds cryptic to list "CPC, ST, 64, Plus/4".

However when the computer model has a proper name, it's not usual to mention manufacturer too. In particular, I never saw it referred as "Commodore Amiga". It seems everybody simply writes "Amiga".
