Spectrum 2.0 (user reviews) is alive again!!!

I'm glad to announce that Spectrum 2.0 has resurrected!!!

It came back to life in the hands of @clebin, that reimplemented it inside SpectrumComputing.

At the bottom of each program page in SpectrumComputing, inside section "OTHER SITES", there's now a link called "User Reviews (formerly Spectrum 20)". Clicking on it will take you to the corresponding Spectrum 2.0 page, showing all available user reviews of this game.

The original site spectrum20.org was originally implemented by Philip Kendall in 2008. He stopped maintaining it a few years ago due to lack of time, and the server finally died about 6 months ago. Now thanks to @clebin, all original reviews are accessible again at SpectrumComputing. Right now you can only read the original reviews, but it will be gradually expanded so it will be possible to add new user reviews in the future.

Many thanks to Philip Kendall for originally creating Spectrum 2.0 and offering us to take it over when he couldn't maintain it anymore (he offered it years ago so I'm glad it was finally possible!), @PeterJ for offering to host it at SpectrumComputing, both Philip Kendall and gasman for giving me access to the original Spectrum 2.0 database, and especially @clebin for coding everything.
