This was meant to be Oil Tycoon by Global Games but it appears to be broken, the screenshot is what it is for a reason because it crashes every time you try to continue from that screen. So never mind let's look at Global's two other games instead, beginning with Bomber. It's a Blitz game and it's a difficult one. I have to say the key response here was good but the game itself is just hard, so hard I find it impossible to get off the first screen, I say first screen perhaps this is the only screen which is why it's so difficult. I have played worse, more unresponsive Blitz games but I've also played more fun Blitz games compared to this.
