... " And finally autumn fell over us and with it the second wave of COVID-19. "

So we're all going to have to confine ourselves to our homes... And what better occupation to spend time with than playing this magnificent compilation and remembering 2 of the best Adventure and Exploration games that have ever been put together...

La Abadia del Crimen (The Abbey of Crime) exhibits a formidable technical display, only within the reach of the best titles, and its atmosphere envelops you like few times before. Its details are overwhelming and it makes you believe that you are playing on a superior machine, such as any the ones of 16 bits.

Sir Fred also got some firsts back in its day, like a rudimentary system of physics. Good playability and ability to keep you interested and trying the varied tricks and moves.

Getting bored is impossible with this couple.

These were the best Spanish games according to some. Imagine having both in one package.

Paco Menéndez, critically involved in both. Just think ...
HOW good a programmer should he be?

The perfect excuse to talk about 2 mythical couples of videogame designers: Paco Menéndez / Juan Delcán and
Jon Ritman / Bernie Drummond

I see an equivalence or parallelism between these 2 pairs:
The genius of the programmer was not only perfectly complemented by the magic of the artist but the final result was far superior to the sum of both.

You can also see a process of improvement and progress in his works; the experience led them to their respective top works.

In particular, they clearly excelled in the ever demanding and difficult isometric world.

In addition, they pushed the limits of the machine to new frontiers, but not as a simple technical deployment, but as the means to carry out its ambition and originality.

In particular, this compilation with Abadía del Crimen / Sir Fred manages to attract the interest not only of any videogame fan but also of those curious who expect to see a display of unusual abilities
