Due to only having European teams it should be called "European Match Day".
It has some nice new presentation features, but not more than that, it's just the old Match Day in a new package.
And I still prefer the original.

This is pretty much the same as Match Day only with international teams and 128K sound. Not a bad upgrade but it's still the same game.

Essentially, International Match Day is the 128K version of Match Day, the main difference apart from the sound is it now has international teams, which is why it's called International Match Day, though it's just European teams, so there's no Brazil. Strangely though, despite it being a 128K upgrade I prefer the 48K original which I'm not entirely sure as to why, maybe I just prefer playing as Ritman Rovers rather than England, not that I am anglophobic or anything, that's just the way it is with me.

A little step back for Ocean , but still quite good . . . ! ! !

A slightly improved Match Day.

It's pretty much the 128K version of Match Day with international teams from Europe, other than that it's the same game. Can't really say the 128K improves the game any, can't help but prefer it as it was before. But it is still a very playable football game because it is Match Day at the end of the day.
