Reviews for Moon Strike (#3268)

Moon Strike is quite good, yet quite difficult. The largely white monochrome graphics don't help at all as the bullets are also white making it hard to actually see them. Still a nice shoot-em-up nevertheless.

Good, large and clear graphics; great 128K sound; unusual enemies including smileys, pizzas and the Mona Lisa; a pretty steep learning curve. These are the features that make Moon Strike not your usual shoot-em-up. A winner.

Graphically beautiful, this is a substandard shoot'em up in gameplay questions.

No power-ups, no enemy waves nor patterns, too slow ship, poor firing range. A game concept too much underdeveloped.

A pity.

This is a vertical shoot'em up with a very very nice presentation with very pleasant music and effects, nice black and white graphics, detailed and well drawn, and strange enemis flying towards your spacecraft, like lightbulbs, inkspots and stuff like that. You have short range fire too, when your crosshair is over a structure on the ground, like, of course, big smileys and such. Not bad at all, not even greath tough.
