Pretty nice conversion of the Sega arcade classic. Well detailed graphics with the gameplay in tact. The only thing going against it is the music which I don't really like. Its simple short simple tracks which don't fit well with the game in my opinion. But this is still a good little game to play on your ZX Spectrum emulator......at least its yards better than the trashy C64 version...yikes that was a train-wreck of a conversion!

There must be better motorbikes games for the Spectrum ... but I can´t think of one.

Endure Racer is, probably the definitive motorbikes game of the 80´s.

I remember playing this countless times. Its probably my all time favourite motoracing game or racing of any kind. I still find 'Full Throttle' to be the most accurate in simulating a real race or at least a coin-op game. And even 'Enduro Racer' cant beat 'F.T.' in smoothness, but it can sure beat it when it comes to challenge. Graphics and sound are great, backgrounds and lanes are very well crafted, the sound keeps you pumped despite its simplicity. The jumping mode is a superb touch that makes the game more addictive.
The game offers a variety of stages, 5 alltogether, and all with different difficulties.
All in all an incredible racing game.

This wasn't a great port but it was better than the other home computer ports, namely the C64 version. Although that had far better music as the music in this version is garbage. This isn't that great but compared to the other it is hands down the best.

This wasn't really bad but it wasn't really good either. The gameplay was fun albeit for a short while and so it wasn't as enjoyable as others had stated and as I'd hoped. Still when you look at the horrible C64 and Master System versions you can appreciate that while this is not that great and there are better racing games and better arcade ports on the Spectrum, this could have been a hell of a lot worse.

Far better than Super Hang-On and one of the best racing games.

I will say Enduro Racer wasn’t a good conversion full stop let alone on the Spectrum. This is pretty decent but there are better racing games and better arcade conversions. However the Amstrad version is not very good and the Commodore 64 version is an abomination, so this version is where you want to go for some 8-bit Enduro Racer, it’s not great but it’s a quintillion times better than the C64 version.
