Easter Eggs
The title screen is actually part of the map, and can be reached using a poke or cheats. Dizzy can fully explore the screen and even pick up the objects.

Remarks
The original version of the game was intended to have 3 lives, but the twins later discovered that dropping "the rubber snorkel" underwater killed not only the player but also the game, making it impossible to finish. According to Philip Oliver, removing extra lives was a quick fix to reach the deadline and deliver the game.
